100 g butter
2 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sifted cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate cream
2 cups whipping cream
200 g of dark or light chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
Some fresh berries (such as raspberries)

Chocolate Cake Recipe (Instructions)

1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
2. Melt the butter and let it cool.
3. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix together the flour, cocoa and vanilla sugar. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Add the butter.
4. Pour into a greased breaded shape (about 20 cm in diameter, to 8 bits), preferably with tin. Bake for about 25 minutes. Leave it to cool and then solidify it.
5. Chocolate cream: Heat the cream to the boil in a heavy saucepan. Remove it from the heat and add the chocolate into pieces and vanilla sugar. Stir the chocolate is melted.
6. Allow the cream to cool and pour it into a bowl. Place it in the fridge. Stir it occasionally until it thickens into a cream. It takes about 1 hour.
7. Spread the chocolate cream on the cake.
8. Garnish: Clean the berries and put them on the cake.
