Serving – 3-4 times
1 cup gram flour / gram flour
2 medium sized tomatoes, finely chopped
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
1/2 inch ginger piece, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 or 1/2 cup coriander / green coriander, chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper powder
A pinch ash (if desired)
A pinch hot masala
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (if desired)
1-1 / 2 to 2 cups of water
Salt to taste
Oil to cook omelet
Combine all the ingredients together with oil and make a normal lye.
Heat the pan or pan, pour 1 teaspoon of oil over it, and put the lei on the pan with a tablespoon.
Put some oil drops over the edges and omelet, and reverse it to cook on the other side.
Cook the tomato omelet until it is cooked on both sides, and serve with double or buns and a little coriander with chutney or tomato sauce.
