Spanish Paella Rice

A Spanish classic paella filled with delicacies from both land and sea! You boil the rice in luxury wine and saffron and then accompanies it with chicken, chorizo and fresh seafood.

1 clove garlic
1 yellow onion
2 tbsp olive oil
3 dl Avorioris
1/2 g saffron
8 – 8 1/2 cups water
1 chicken stock cube
400 g chicken fillet
150 g Chorizo or mini Chorizo
1 red pepper
Salt and pepper
1 can of clams (360 g)
2 cup peas
100 g peeled shrimp
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 lemon

Spanish Paella Recipe (Instructions)

1. Peel and chop the garlic and onions, fry it in half the olive oil. Add rice and saffron, let it boil for a minute.
2. Pour the water so that it reaches any cm above the rice and add the chicken broth cube. Boil gently for about 20 minutes. Dilute with more water after each boiling zoom.
3. Cut the chicken into strips and Chorizo in pennies, (mini Chorizo, each lot). Cut the peppers into strips. Brown the chicken in the rest of the olive oil, add the Chorizo, peppers and continue to fry for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Let mussels drain. Mix chicken and vegetables with rice, finish with peas, shrimp, clams and parsley.
5. Cut the lemon into wedges and serve with paella.
